The Links Junior Team continued their good season when they beat Ely City 4-2 in their latest CAGU Junior league match on Sunday. 

David Marris, playing his last Junior match for the club before heading off to America on a golf scholarship, was made Captain for the day. There were wins for: Dan Knight, David Marris, Jordy Allen and Olly Kirk that secured the victory for the club. Well done to all involved and good luck for the rest of the season.

   

 

Freddie Mercury comes to The Links 

Lyn Lambert and John Tuttle, this year's Captains, plus their Entertainments committee have done it again!! They want all you Fat Bottom Girls to Play the Game and show We are The Champions and Flash before Another One Bites the Dust. Apologies, I'm sure you must be able to do better than that.

Jonny at Saffron Walden Pro Am last week. 

Well done to Jonny this week for finishing tied 2nd at the Saffron Walden GC Pro Am from a field of 42 of the PGA East Regions top playing professionals. He had a very interesting round shooting a 2 under par 70 which included a lost ball, 6 birdies and an eagle. 

Hopefully his good form will continue this week when the East Region Pro Am Tour comes to The Links on Thursday.
