Competition Planning for 2015.
It's that time of the year when we are looking forward and making plans for our golf for the new year. On entering the clubhouse you will notice that the entry sheets are now up on the notice board for the knock out competitions for 2015. To help with planning your golf for next year I have listed the events and closing dates for their entries below. To enter these knock out competitions you will have to have completed 3 qualifying cards in 2014 or 3 in 2015 by the closing date of the competition. (A qualifying event is either a qualifying competition, medal or stableford).
For the upcoming fixtures please click here.
For further details on all competitions please call into the Pro Shop or can be found on the individual entry sheets in the clubhouse.

Sponsorship
This year Richard and Jonny will be competing on the East Region PGA circuit which con-sists of six 36 hole order of merit events plus further Pro Ams around East Anglia. They are looking for some sponsorship in return for a 9 hole playing lesson. The sponsorship money will be to help pay for the entry fees into the events and travel costs etc. They will keep you updated with results and progress throughout the year and this can also be viewed hole by hole on the PGA East region website.
Also if anyone would just be interested in entering Pro Ams then again come in and have a chat to see if there are any venues or dates that interest you. If you are interested then please pop into the pro shop and have a chat with either of them.
Club Website
The club has a very informative up to the minute website that provides information about the day to day running of the club. You will find information on tee closures, competition results, course conditions, photo galleries of all that is happening at the Links and even Pro Shop in-formation which carries a link to my own personal website. If you aren't already registered all you need do is contact the office, set up your login details and away you go.
If you haven't visited it yet, then click here to have a browse.
