Ladies Autumn Open - 10% OFF Ladies Autumn clothing
The ladies Autumn Open is once again upon us and will take place next Tuesday(8th September) we will be welcoming nearly 90 visitors to the club. This is always a busy day and a lot of care and attention is given by the ladies committee to showcase our club to its best for our guests. To help make the day go with a swing we are offering a 10% discount on all our autumn /winter ladies clothing for one day only which is for both members and non-members alike. We will also have a few extra competitions with gifts and prizes for all who make a purchase on the day.
David Marris - Junior Champion of Champions Tournament
David Marris, one of our junior members has qualified to play in the Champion of Champions Tournament next week at the HQ of English Amateur Golf Woodhall Spa. David, a past Junior Captain at the club qualified for the event in Lincolnshire by winning the Cambridgeshire Junior County Championship earlier this summer. He will be competing against all the other Champions from the various counties from all over the country.
David qualified for the event last year and will have gained some invaluable experience that should stand him in good stead this time around. Very well done and best of luck David.
Ladies Friday Group Coaching
Now that the summer holidays seem to be behind us it is time for our Ladies Group Coaching sessions to start again. From next Friday 11th September at 1pm and every Friday after that why not join us for these coaching sessions that will cover all aspects of the game. If you lack the motivation to practise on your own these sessions are a great way to commit some time to practise and at the same time make new golfing friends.
The price of the session will £7, no change from last year and includes refreshments in the clubhouse afterwards. Why not book yourself a spot.
